Audience targeting platform firm [x+1] of New York has announced several new hires and promotions. Mike Dillon (shown), former vp, brand activation marketing at Pepsi N.A., has been named vp, sales for [x+1]’s CPG Connect solution. At Pepsi, Dillon managed a $65 million budget and oversaw development of national promotions, including Super Bowl initiatives and tie-ins with the film Transformers and Madden Gaming/EA Sports.
