WPP’s Enfatico Names Talent Chief

BOSTON Enfatico, WPP Group’s global marketing services firm built primarily to handle the Dell account, said it has named Lisa Fabiano chief talent officer. She will be based at the shop’s New York headquarters.

Fabiano will oversee Enfatico’s human resources operations, a major focus for the new firm as it staffs up offices worldwide. With 800-plus employees so far, Enfatico must hire about 200 more to meet its original staffing goal.

Fabiano most recently served as a partner and managing director at MDC Partners’ agency Margeotes Fetitta Powell in New York. Prior to that, she spent 17 years at Havas’ Euro RSCG in senior account management roles, ultimately finishing as the shop’s lead talent officer.

Enfatico has established operations in more than 15 cities including New York, San Francisco, Miami, Toronto, Sao Paulo, London, Copenhagen, Beijing, Tokyo, Singapore and Sydney. The company was formed following WPP’s win of the Dell account at the close of last year.
