CHICAGO — BBDO Chicago this week began rolling out a new campaign for the Wm. Wrigley Co.’s Winterfresh gum.

The campaign, which features six animated television spots, introduces a new tagline, “Whatever comes out … that’s cool.” Each spot showcases a different director’s design technique and animated style. Animation house Wild Brain assisted in the spots’ production.

Wrigley spent nearly $30 million on advertising its Winterfresh brand last year, according to Competitive Media Reporting.
