As America lags in electric car adoption, General Motors is turning its attention to a country that better exemplifies its goal of an all-electric future: Norway.

As teased earlier this week, GM’s Super Bowl spot features Will Ferrell, playing himself and sporting a pandemic beard. The ad shows the comic actor facing the revelation that more than half the vehicles sold in Norway are electric. He’s forced to deal with a difficult comparison as he learns the U.S.
