Wilkov to DraftWorldwide

DraftWorldwide hired Willie Wilkov as vice president, account director, leading the Ross Products direct marketing unit. He reports directly to the Chicago agency’s senior executive vice president, executive director Ellen Miller. His responsibilities include management of direct, e-mail and Internet marketing for Welcome Addition Club, the relationship marketing vehicle for all of the Similac baby formula brands. Wilkov was director of employee development at Leo Burnett USA in Chicago, where he was responsible for the training and development of all employees at that office. His efforts led to the creation of Leo Burnett University, an online learning management system and training program launched in February 2002. In his previous six years at Burnett, Wilkov worked in account management overseeing brand advertising, promotions and direct marketing for Philip Morris, Motorola and Amazon.com. Wilkov received bachelor of arts and bachelor of science degrees at the University of Texas in Austin, where he was a dean’s distinguished graduate.
