Having diversity in a company or a campaign isn’t enough, it must be ingrained in a company’s marketing efforts, according to Gonzalo Del Fa, president of multicultural for GroupM. Companies should develop their marketing strategies with inclusivity in mind, and they must be authentic when doing so, he added.

Del Fa spoke with Adweek’s community content manager Luz Corona during Adweek’s Elevate Hispanic TV virtual event about how to approach the Hispanic market and the greater multicultural market at large.
