In the quest to better ourselves, especially at the beginning of a new calendar year, we could turn to self-help books, life coaches or TikTok tutorials.

But inspiration might be closer than we think—in fact, right under our own roofs, according to The Farmer’s Dog and its new resolution-themed campaign. The work, from the fast-growing artisanal brand’s internal team, says we should stop stressing about self-improvement, take a breath and learn from our dogs.

Vowing to clean up our act in January—and actually trying to follow through—“is often a painful process,” Dhruv Nanda, creative director at The Farmer’s Dog, told Adweek.
