Volvo Taps Euro RSCG Devon Direct

NEW YORK — Volvo Cars of North America has awarded its full-service direct marketing responsibilities to Euro RSCG Devon Direct, New York, one of the seven Euro RSCG MVBMS Partners companies operating under one P&L.

Euro RSCG Devon Direct will be responsible for Volvo’s relationship marketing program. This will include ongoing communications streams to owners of both new and previously owned vehicles as well as fulfillment, with initial efforts targeted to owners of leased and financed vehicles, a Devon representative said.

This is a new assignment, the representative said, won due to the work done for Volvo by Euro RSCG MVBMS over the past decade.

The amount of the direct advertising was not disclosed. Volvo spends about $95 million on advertising in the US, according to CMR.
