In Westport, Conn., VogtGoldstein has hired two new employees and promoted two staffers. The account team welcomes Deirdre Fletcher of Redding, Conn., as vice president, management supervisor. Fletcher worked for Gateway Bank in Norwalk, Conn., and Citibank in Stamford, Conn., prior to joining VogtGoldstein as a consultant in June 2002. Heather Hellmann of Stamford was hired as an account executive. Previously, Hellmann was an account executive and media buyer at Fleming & Roskelly in Newport, R.I.
