Airliner Virgin Atlantic named Lucky Generals as its lead creative agency to take charge of the development of a multimarket brand platform and framework and shape communications for the business, including Virgin Atlantic Cargo and Virgin Atlantic Holidays.

Siobhan Fitzpatrick, chief digital and marketing officer for Virgin Atlantic, said the company is investing in the Virgin Atlantic brand to showcase its experiences to potential customers as lockdown restrictions begin to ease in some parts of the world.

“We look forward to working together to develop an enduring brand platform and creative idea for Virgin Atlantic that is rooted in purpose to help us achieve our vision of becoming the most loved travel company,” Fitzpatrick said about the Lucky Generals agreement.

The account moves from AMV BBDO, which it appointed in 2018 after both Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays merged the contract.
