Buck & Pulleyn in Rochester, N.Y., has promoted Jill Van Deusen to account executive in its account services group and Darcie Schwarz to assistant account executive in public relations. Van Deusen joined B&P in early 2002 and leads client projects on behalf of Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics and Corning, as well as in B&P’s higher education practice, serving Monroe Community College, the Monroe Community College Foundation and the State University of New York. She earned a degree in communication studies and public relations from SUNY Fredonia.
