Feeney Assumes Vice Chairmanship at Agency’s New York Office
ATLANTA–Restructuring its management ranks, a resurgent Trone Advertising has promoted Natalie Perkins to president of the $125 million agency.
Previously executive vice president and director of client services at the High Point, N.C., agency, Perkins assumes the post previously held by James Feeney. Feeney, named president in 1996, will become vice chairman and continue to service the agency’s PSINet account at Trone Advertising’s New York office.
“Jim Feeney came to me about five to six months ago, saying that he wanted to pull back,” said agency founder Lee Trone, who will continue as chairman but relinquish day-to-day leadership to Perkins, calling her “the obvious choice.”
“[Perkins] is one of the smartest individuals I’ve met,” Trone continued.
