NEW YORK A judge on Friday set a trial date of Sept. 7 in the case of two former Ogilvy & Mather executives accused of fraud while working on the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy’s anti-drug media campaign.

Thomas Early, a former Ogilvy senior partner and director of finance, and Shona Seifert, a former Ogilvy senior partner and executive group director who is the current president of Omnicom Group’s TBWA\Chiat\Day, are each charged with one count of conspiracy and 10 counts of making false claims and statements.
