Trex Co. has narrowed the review of its $3-5 million account to half a dozen hopefuls.
Campbell-Ewald Advertising, Warren, Mich.; Campbell Mithun Esty and Carmichael Lynch, both Minneapolis; HBRA & Partners, New York; Mullen, Wenham, Mass.; and The Richards Group, Dallas, are the semifinalists in the review, which Boston consulting firm Pile and Co. is conducting for the Winchester, Va.-based client. Finalists are expected to be named later this month. The account includes both creative and media responsibilities.
Trex is a manufacturer of high-end wood-polymer lumber used in a variety of construction applications.
