Travelocity Enlists Rojek Consultancy

DALLAS Travelocity has hired marketing consultancy The Rojek Cutcher Group as the client considers launching a review for its estimated $30 million ad account, according to sources.

Executives at both the Fort Worth, Texas-based client and Cleveland-based consultancy declined comment.

A client representative had previously denied discussions were taking place with agency search consultants and said Travelocity is working with incumbent The Richards Group on fourth-quarter initiatives [Adweek Online, Aug. 4].

Independent Richards in Dallas and its interactive affiliate Click have handled Travelocity work for the past four years.
