ATLANTA — Tracy Locke Partnership and urban marketing specialist, Branchout, have formed a strategic alliance to provide services to each other’s clients, the companies said.

Tracy Locke, a Dallas-based unit of Omnicom, has a client list that includes Harrah’s Casino, Frito-Lay and the Pepsi-Cola Company. Crosstown Branchout, owned by Rodney and Nikki Branch, targets the African-American community for clients including Nike, Reebok, Timberland and Footaction. Both agencies also handle work for Pizza Hut.

Nikki Branch’s client side experience includes brand manager positions with Pepsi Cola; husband Rodney formerly worked as director of marketing for United Distillers.
