DALLAS Tracy Locke Partnership has picked up creative advertising duties for Schieffelin & Somerset’s Grand Marnier liqueur, the shop said.

The Wilton, Conn.-based office of the Dallas agency has provided promotional marketing for the brand since 2002 and will continue to perform those duties. Media, which was not included in the review, continues to be handled by Odiorne Wilde Narraway + Partners (OWN+P) in San Francisco.

TLP won the new business in a review that sources said included independents OWN+P and Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners and Lipman, Richmond, Greene, both in New York, and Publicis Groupe’s Saatchi & Saatchi, also in New York.
