The Raleigh, N.C., tech advertising specialist won the estimated $3 million business after a review that included an undisclosed number of agencies.

Chris Cheek, di-rector of marketing for the software supplier, said HM&P triumphed on the strength of its strategic approach as well as its account planning and research capabilities.
