Williams is a passionate and celebrated chef, and just this week won the James Beard Award for Best Chef—Great Lakes Region. His Hyde Park restaurant has been getting plenty of attention over the past few years for its nod to Southern hospitality and cooking in a fine dining setting.

Williams’ Chicago roots run deep, and his hard work and persistence have led him to create this unique concept on the city’s South Side.
