DALLAS TM Advertising has successfully defended its contract with the Texas Department of Tourism, a piece of business valued at up to $90 million, according to a representative for Texas Gov. Rick Perry.

TM, formerly known as Temerlin McClain, is based in the Dallas suburb of Irving, Texas. The agency was a finalist with Austin, Texas-based Kolar Advertising and Marketing.

The contract to create advertising for the state is for two years at $15 million per year, with two renewals, Texas officials said.
