TM Advertising in Irving, Texas, has hired Federico Pacheco as vice president and international management supervisor on the American Airlines account. Pacheco was previously executive director of Circuito Radial X, an FM radio broadcasting network based in Caracas, Venezuela. Prior to that, he was at McCann Erickson Worldgroup in Venezuela, where he was vp, general account director and also handled American Airlines’ advertising in that country. His other agency experience includes Leo Burnett Venezuela Co.
