Pamela Quadros has joined Titan Outdoor as vice president and Seattle market manager, according to the company. In her new role, Quadros will be responsible for the management, sales and operations of Titan’s King County Metro transit business. Prior to this, Quadros held the position of general manager, Inland Northwest Region, at Eugene, Ore.-based Obie Media. She has also served as advertising and sales consultant for the Langley Times and as an area sales representative for Pitney Bowes, both in British Columbia.
