Time Warner has named new leadership at its Global Media Group, plugging the hole that Mark D'Arcy left when he was hired away by Facebook in March.

Michael Benson was hired as chief creative officer, while Kristen O’Hara was promoted to chief marketing officer from senior vice president and managing director. Together, they’ll lead the in-house ad agency that helps advertisers exploit Time Warner’s portfolio of media and entertainment assets, including CNN and Time Inc.

Benson and O'Hara will report to Gary Ginsberg, Time Warner's executive vice president of corporate marketing and communications.
