Stevens’ hire follows a trend among agencies of all sizes seeking to bolster their new-media capabilities and add seasoned managers with digital expertise.

Ogilvy North America hired Jean-Philippe Maheu and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners added Mike Parker in recent weeks to oversee their interactive offerings. Arnold recently named Jonathan Sackett chief digital officer.
