Two finalists have been named in the review for the $4-6 million minority advertising account of the Texas Lottery.
The King Agency in Dallas and Inventiva in San Antonio will make back-to-back presentations to the lottery selection committee on Nov. 22. A recommendation will be made that afternoon and, the commission hopes, a decision announced Wednesday, Nov. 24.
But “these things are never set in stone,” cautioned lottery spokesperson Leticia Vasquez about the process that has experienced several setbacks.
The first-ever separate minority advertising review for the Texas Lottery was cancelled this summer after five of six candidates failed to remit the required $500,000 litigation bond.
