Daniel Teper, formerly European president of Lowe Healthcare, has taken the new post of chief global officer for independent Gerbig, Snell/ Weisheimer. Teper, 43, will manage global client relationships at the healthcare agency’s Columbus, Ohio, headquarters and its London office. He reports to Phil Deschamps, GSW’s president.
