BOSTON The Massachusetts Teachers Association has launched a broadcast salvo slamming educational budget cuts. The ads are from SS+K in New York.

One 30-second TV spot, “Negotiations,” shows kids negotiating about what to do next: increase class size, charge for bus service or close the school library. Similarly themed radio ads have also been produced.
