TBWA Chiat/Day is mulling a return to the San Francisco market to target potential new clients and secure a stronger position in the review for Levi Strauss & Co.’s estimated $90 million Levi’s brand account, sources said. The move comes as Levi’s is set to meet with the Venice, Calif.-based agency and six other shops this week, sources said.
