NEW YORK Target said it has added Wieden + Kennedy and BBDO to its roster of ad agencies.

Independent agency Peterson Milla Hooks has created the lion’s share of the company’s advertising in recent years. Efforts have featured the Target logo amid vibrant images and bold colors. The campaigns are tagged, “Expect more. Pay less.”

PMH officials did not return phone calls.

The Minneapolis-based retailer spent $420 million in U.S. media through November of last year, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
