Target is donating $1 million to nonprofit organizations providing free or discounted rides to Covid-19 vaccination appointments via ridesharing service Lyft and its universal vaccine access campaign, it announced today.

The contribution is part of a broader $5 million commitment by Target to increase access to vaccines throughout the U.S. and globally, particularly in areas that are either underserved or the most impacted by Covid-19.
