T3 Promotes Trio to Executive Posts

DALLAS T3 has elevated three staffers to reflect the shop’s growth and need to have “great talent in place to meet our ambitious business goals,” said Gay Warren Gaddis, president and founder of the Austin, Texas, agency.

Jay Suhr has been named senior vice president, creative services and account planning. Formerly executive creative director, Suhr will expand his responsibilities to oversee an account planning group that will focus on developing strategies for marketing programs.

Kirk Drummond was promoted from interactive creative director to vice president, creative and innovation. In his new role, Drummond will continue to direct the shop’s interactive creative strategies, in addition to managing T3’s newly created R&D team, Fuse.

John McGarry was elevated to vice president, client services. An account director at the agency’s New York office, McGarry will maintain T3’s Nortel Networks and Marriott International business and expand his duties to developing and directing the entire shop’s client services group.

“These organizational changes will allow T3 to shift to a more virtual, collaborative organization,” said Lee Gaddis, agency strategist. “We are making a commitment to build departmental leadership without geographic boundaries.”

T3’s clients include Dell, JC Penney, MSN, i3 Research, Nortel Networks, MTV, Spheris and Baker Botts.
