Austin, Texas-based T3 has installed Jennifer Smith as art director. Prior to joining the shop, Smith worked in the same position at BRSG in Austin. T3 has also hired Todd Spencer and Kim Crudele as senior IT project manager and interactive production artist, respectively. Spencer previously worked as a project manager at McGraw-Hill in New York; Crudele joins the agency from Hoover’s Online in Austin, where she was a senior Web producer.
