First it was pop stars; now it’s supermodels. Los Angeles indie production group Stone Stanley Entertainment has wrapped a deal with Sportsworld Media Group and Ford Models to bring the hit Australian reality TV format “Search for a Supermodel” to the United States.

The Australian show, produced by Sportsworld Media Group, aired on Network Ten late last year and drew an audience of almost 70% of all females age 16-24 watching television. Not surprisingly, it did almost as well with males 16-24.
