LOS ANGELES – Locals shops Horlick Levin, Larsen Colby and Italia/Gal pulled in top honors at the Southern California Broadcasters Association’s eighth annual Sunny Creative Radio Awards. Independent producers Sarley Bigg & Bedder and Jim Kirby & Co. also scored multiple wins. Horlick Levin received the best of show, Don Richman Memorial Award, for a spot for Phonemate. Larsen Colby won 1st and 2nd place in the ‘Public Service’ category for its Greenpeace work.
