Sullivan-St. Clair Marketing and Public Relations has promoted two senior-level executives. Richard Sullivan Jr. has become president of the Mobile, Ala., agency. Sullivan joined the agency in May 2000 and worked as an account executive and account manager before being named director of business development in January 2003. As president, he will oversee daily operations and lead the shop’s new business program. Senior partners Richard Sullivan Sr. and Karen St. Clair will continue as principals of the agency.
