Stratagem Healthcare Communications has hired Dan Hartford as account group director and has promoted Michelle Bacon from administrative assistant to account coordinator. Hartford joins the San Francisco-based healthcare advertising agency from Omnicom’s 1Health Communications, where he was vice president of client services. Bacon has been with Stratagem since 2000. In her new role, she will assist with tasks including media buying, account planning and coordinating the day-to-day activities of Stratagem clients.
