ATLANTA Stick and Move, a new agency in Philadelphia formed by two former employees of Crispin Porter + Bogusky, has acquired its first two accounts, the shop said.

The agency will produce advertising for Yakima, a Beaverton, Ore., company that makes car racks for carrying sporting equipment, and Hydrapak, an Emeryville, Calif., manufacturer of backpack water systems. The shop won reviews for both accounts. Billings are undisclosed.

Hydrapak is a former client of CP+B, but the company’s ownership and management changed last year.
