Tricia Stephens has progressed to associate media director at Nicholson Kovac. A six-year veteran of the Kansas City, Mo., agency, Stephens has worked with most of the shop’s client roster, which includes Sprint, Innovia Medical and Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
