There is no safety in shelters, at least when it comes to the bus variety. But that’s OK. For companies who use bus shelters as their preferred advertising medium in L.A., success is often measured by how often you’re a victim of vandalization. Tag Rag, a Vernon, Calif.-based young men’s and juniors’ sportswear maker, is proud to say that it’s had over 50 shelter poster ads stolen in the past three months. That’s more ads stolen than from either the Guess? or the Gap outdoor campaigns, according to Gannett Outdoor.
