BOSTON International Data Group’s CXO Media today named a publisher and sales team for its new CMO magazine, which rolls out in a monthly format starting in September, targeting senior marketing executives.

Stephen Twombly has been named publisher and Vickie Pinsky and William Willis were named directors of East and West Coast ad sales, respectively.

Twombly joins the Framingham, Mass.-based publication from Advanstar Communications’ Sensors magazine, where as group publisher, he oversaw brand repositioning, strategic planning and product integration.
