NEW YORK — Bcom3’s Starcom North America, Chicago, has named Karen Coleman and Jack Sullivan senior vice presidents.

Coleman, 39, is a media director whose current assignments include Polaroid and McDonalds’ kids. She is going to be managing efforts to reinvigorate the brand for children ages 2-7.

Sullivan, 46, is the director of the Out Of Home unit of Starcom, working on various clients, including Procter & Gamble and Philip Morris. In the past two years, Starcom has gained four new OOH clients, including The GAP, P&G AOR, Kraft AOR and UDV AOR.
