CHICAGO-Nineteen St. Louis-area agencies have responded to a request for proposals from the Greater St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission.
The commission spends about $1.3 million annually to tout the allure of the Gateway City and environs, said Mary Hendron, associate director of public relations for the commission.
The account had been with TBWA Chiat/Day’s St. Louis office, which closed in December.
Selected shops will be asked to give formal presentations, and a decision is expected at the end of March, Hendron said.
