NEW YORK SS+K has promoted seven executives to partnerships, bringing the total number of partners at the 75-person agency to 12.

“All of these people are already acting in a very senior capacity,” said Mark Kaminsky, a founding partner of the New York agency. “The [partner-to-staff] ratio is significant. It’s based on a bet on the future, not on the present. We’re planning to grow.”
