NEW YORK – The West Coast spot TV market has completely dropped off after a strong April and May. The California market is reflective of the country – a strong April and May dropping off at the end of June. Summer movie business is pending around the country, and automotive is still driving the market. News, in part because it’s so popular with the car advertisers, remains tight.
