Spot TV Tails Off in West and Elsewhere

NEW YORK – The West Coast spot TV market has completely dropped off after a strong April and May. Summer movie business is pending around the country, and automotive is still driving the market. News, in part because it’s so popular with the car advertisers, remains tight. Ready-to-drink iced teas are blanketing the spot market.
