Spoetzl Brewery has awarded its $5 million account to McGarrah/ Jessee following a three-month review. The Austin, Texas, agency will handle the brewery’s Shiner brands, including Shiner Bock. Incumbent PGC Advertising in Dallas and undisclosed Texas agencies took part in the review, sources said. Spending was less than $1 million last year, according to TNS Media Intelligence/CMR.
