LONDON – Sony Electronic Publishing has set British tongues wagging by appointing the Lowe Howard-Spink breakaway shop, Mustoe Merriman Herring Levy, to its $1.5-million account. The Mustoe team all worked on Sony during the its short tenure at Lowe, although the connection is being played down by both parties. The company, which sells software to Nintendo and Sega, is planning a pan-European campaign through its new shop – something that almost all Sony divisions have tried but given up on.
