Smart & Final/L.A. narrowed the review for its $4 million acccount to L.A. shops Acento Creative Communications, which currently handles S&F’s Hispanic advertising, Fotouhi Alonso, Larsen Colby and L.A. freelancer Gary Wexler. Decision: June. Effective Marketing Strategies, Marina del Rey, Calif., is conducting the review.
