MINNEAPOLIS – Sietsema/K&H here acquired local shop Pride Barber & Whaley and several of its accounts including Ringer Corporation, Ariens, Parabody, Riverplace and Pillsbury. PB&W had 1992 billings of $5 million. PB&W principle John Whaley becomes vp at Sietsema/K&H and Doug Sietsema remains president/ceo. The acquisition increases staff to 36 and billings to approximately $28 million.
