LONDON – Shell’s $15-million U.K. account has bounced back to Ogilvy & Mather after an 18-month flirtation with Bartle Bogle Hegarty (ADWEEK, May 10). Now the multimillion-dollar pan-European account, jointly funded by several Shell companies across Europe and also handled by BBH, is scouting around for another agency.
