DALLAS-Vollmer Public Relations in Houston has tapped senior vice president Carolyn Levy as its first nonprincipal shareholder.
Levy, who oversees the strategic direction of the company and manages the Pennzoil-Quaker State, AMC Theatres and Sabre Inc. accounts, has been with the agency for 13 years. She became a member of the board of directors in 1997.
“Carolyn essentially co-manages the company with me and [chief financial officer] Allen Caudle,” said president and principal Helen Vollmer.
Vollmer credits Levy with helping to build the shop to 60 employees and maintaining a 50 percent annual growth rate over the past five years.
